Will I still have an electric bill?
You will have a small bill from your utility provider to maintain your connection to the electric grid, however in majority of cases that monthly cost is below $10 per month. This is a requirement, regardless of whether or not you decide to switch to solar, and you can see exactly how much you would have to pay by referencing the supply fee on your utility bill.
What solar panels are used?
We use the most efficient solar panels currently available on the market, 435 watt panels that have a degradation rating of 0.5% per year.
How long do solar panels last?
Our solar panels are guaranteed to last for 25 years at 88% efficiency by year 25, however the panels could last for up to 40 years before they need to be upgraded or replaced.
Are there any warranties?
Yes, we offer warranties on both roofs we replace, and the solar systems themselves. Each come with a bumper-to-bumper full-coverage 25-year warranty.
Will my roof really be free?
Your roof will be replaced with $0 required out-of-pocket using the highest quality roof materials/shingles available. We're able to do this because we have an in-house roofing team, and we are able to pass along government solar incentives to the end users of the systems we install.
